Once a trainee in the Enforcers, Artimes Wolfe is now an Independent Sanctioned Operative working out of Reno, Artimes quickly fell out of the Enforcer Training as he found their methods sloppy and wasteful, He quickly sought to gather enough cash for his own Interceptor and started looking for a Contract.
